Parking Coordination. In an effort to accommodate the programmatic needs of the parties, the Church and Foundation shall jointly designate two (2) individuals and Norway House shall designate two (2) individuals to meet (monthly/quarterly) and otherwise as needed to serve as the Parking Coordination Committee (the “Committee”) established here by this Agreement. The purpose of the Committee shall be to communicate dates, times, and parking requirements for the programs and parking requirements of the respective parties to this Agreement consistent with the Committee Guidelines as described in the attached Exhibit G. This Committee shall adopt and maintain its own rules and regulations subject to approval of the governing boards or councils of the parties. The Committee shall have authority to resolve disputes that may arise and bind the parties to parking requirements and arrangements for dates and times of planned events and unforeseen circumstances (e.g., funerals) that arise.
Parking Coordination. The Lease Agreement includes any provisions regarding parking coordination and integration, and the Construction Impact Mitigation Plan will include mutually agreed upon provisions for temporary construction parking licenses or other parking arrangements as may be required during the construction of the Project.

As the Easement Agreement provides, the Church and Foundation will have use of the entire non- exclusive*1 parking area: 1. Sunday mornings from 8:30AM to 2PM; 2. Tuesday mornings from 8:30AM to 2PM; and 3. Christmas Eve from beginning at 12PM. Norway House has use of the entire non-exclusive parking area Saturdays from 3PM until 10PM, provided however, that this Committee will need to coordinate some Saturday parking with the Church on the following Saturdays: 1. Rømmegrøt Luncheon – September/October 2. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Luncheon – mid-October (date can vary) 3. Treasure Chest Sale - 1st Saturday in November

  • Project Coordination The Engineer shall coordinate all subconsultant activity to include quality and consistency of deliverables and administration of the invoices and monthly progress reports. The Engineer shall coordinate with necessary local entities.

  • Utility Coordination Identify all potential utility conflicts and provide preliminary office check plans showing the problem locations, posted to the City’s FTP site. Plans will clearly identify specific utility company facilities by color and by name (i.e. not just “gas” or “fiber optic”). ENGINEER shall include a conflict list for each utility, also posted to the FTP site. ENGINEER shall meet with utility company representatives to review plans and utility verification forms (Attachment No. 3 to Exhibit “A”) at each milestone date and as directed by the CITY and as determined necessary by the ENGINEER. This in- formation will be compiled into a summary report (Attachment No. 4 to Exhibit “A” also available on the City’s FTP site) maintained and updated by ENGINEER as necessary to present a cohesive and reflective status of utilities, and provided to the City as necessary. ENGINEER shall maintain involvement with utility companies until all conflicts have been resolved (not just identified). When appropriate, the City Engineer will approve the identification on plans of conflicts to be resolved during construction. ENGINEER shall meet with involved utility company/ies and project contractor to resolve any conflicts with utilities that occur during construction.

  • Care Coordination Care coordination is defined as the organized delivery of member care activities between two (2) or more participants (including the member) involved in a member’s care to facilitate the appropriate delivery of health care services. Organizing care involves the marshaling of personnel and other resources needed to carry out all medically necessary member care activities and is often managed by the exchange of information among participants responsible for different aspects of care.

  • Project Management and Coordination The Engineer shall coordinate all subconsultant activity to include quality of and consistency of work and administration of the invoices and monthly progress reports. The Engineer shall coordinate with necessary local entities.

  • Parking Facilities Alamo Colleges District shall make the existing parking facilities at the rented Facility available for the vehicular traffic and parking necessitated by the Organization’s Use of the rented Facility, on a non-exclusive basis, as specified at Exhibit A. MAXIMUM CAPACITY. Organization anticipates approximately the number of participants stated at Exhibit A and agrees to inform Alamo Colleges District of any significant changes five (5) business days in advance of a Use. Organization shall not admit a larger number of persons than can safely and freely move about the Facility. Alamo Colleges District shall notify Organization of the recommended capacity of the Facility and all decisions of Alamo Colleges District concerning questions arising under this Paragraph shall be final.
