Paraprofessional Staff Member Work Day. Paraprofessional Staff Members will report 5 minutes before the students arrive and will stay 10 minutes after the students leave. Notwithstanding this specific modification, in instances of a late dismissal caused by exceptional or emergency circumstances, such as severe inclement weather, the Paraprofessional Staff will not leave the school until the students have departed on the buses. The total Paraprofessional Staff Member workday shall not exceed 6.92 hours unless negotiated otherwise.

  • Professional Staff A. 1. This Article shall apply to all members of the unit except teaching faculty, librarians, Demonstration Teachers and Demonstration Specialists — A.

  • WORK CLOTHES The employer shall provide all necessary work clothes (coveralls, work shoes or equivalent, and insulated coveralls, winter coveralls and rain gear as needed), as well as safety equipment, including personal safety gear. Work clothes and safety gear provided by the company are the property of the company. When a new set of work clothes is provided, the worn set shall be handed in. Used safety equipment as mentioned above shall be properly cleaned before being reissued.

  • Professional Study Permanent unit members may apply for professional study leave by outlining in writing the plan that is to be followed and the institution to be attended. In addition, a clear statement must be included in the request indicating the need for educational study and the potential value to the District upon completion of such study.
