Paper check. You may stop a check you have written which has not cleared your account. To stop a check, click on the stop payment button and enter the check number, dollar amount, payee, and the reason for the stop payment. Stop payments are not guaranteed, however, we will make every attempt to honor your request. Stop payment fees will be assessed for each stop payment request you submit, as disclosed on the attached Schedule of Fees and Charges.
Paper check. Statement: Owners who choose to receive their rents via monthly printed-paper check accompanied by a paper statement, shall be charged $5.00 per check issued. This fee will be added to the monthly management fee, as provided in Section 3. Paper checks are processed once weekly.

  • Returned Check For any returned or bounced checks, Landlord may charge Tenant the cost of the returned check fee, as well as an additional reasonable fee, together with Rent late fees, as applicable.

We will notify You if We delay Your ability to withdraw funds for any of these reasons, and We will tell You when the funds will be available. They will generally be available no later than the 7th business day following the day of Your deposit. In any case, We reserve the right to refuse an item for deposit or encashment.

  • Credit Check You are authorized, in your discretion, should you for any reason deem it necessary for your protection to request and obtain a consumer credit report for the Customer.

  • Substitute Checks You agree not to deposit any substitute check or similar item that you have created, or for which no financial institution has provided any substitute check warranties and indemnity. If you do so, you agree to indemnify us for all losses we incur in connection with the substitute check or item. You agree not to deposit any substitute check without our consent.

  • Lost Checks Any paycheck that is lost after receipt or that is not delivered within seven (7) days of mailing, shall be replaced not later than five (5) working days following the unit member's written request to the Payroll Department for replacement of the check. For unit members who have automatic deposit, any pay warrant not deposited on the date of the automatic deposit shall be replaced not later than three (3) working days following the unit member’s written request to the Payroll Department for replacement of the check.

  • Credit Checks 9.1 The Customer agrees that:

  • RETURNED CHECKS (NON-SUFFICIENT FUNDS) If the Tenant pays the Rent with a check that bounces due to insufficient funds: (check one) ☐ - The Tenant will be required to pay a fee of $ per incident. ☐ - The Tenant will NOT be required to pay a fee.
