Common use of Paid Meals Clause in Contracts

Paid Meals. Where Youth Service Workers, Corrections employees, Dormitory Supervisors, or employees of Senior Citizens' Lodges are designated by the Employer to take meals with the residents or inmates as part of their assigned duties, the Employer shall pay for the cost of the meal.

Paid Meals. Where Youth Service Workers, Corrections employees, Dormitory Supervisors, or employees of Senior Citizens' Lodges are designated by the Employer to take 15.11 (3) meals with the residents or inmates as part of their assigned duties, the Employer shall pay for the cost of the meal.
