Common use of Paid Leave for Statewide Xxxxxxx Training Clause in Contracts

Paid Leave for Statewide Xxxxxxx Training. In addition to the leave provided for in subsections A. to C. above, a maximum of 75 paid leave days shall be permitted on a fiscal year basis for the term of this contract (2016 - 2020) for employees who are designated as Union representatives in the workplace to attend statewide xxxxxxx training sponsored by the JCAU. There shall be no carryover of any unused statewide training days from one fiscal year to the next and the matter of any statewide xxxxxxx training days beyond the term of this contract shall be subject to negotiations for a successor agreement.

There shall be no carryover of any unused statewide training days from one fiscal calendar year to the next and the matter of any statewide xxxxxxx training days beyond the term of this contract shall be subject to negotiations for a successor agreement.
