Owner’s Separate Contractors. Design-Builder shall include the activities of Owner’s Separate Contractors into the Project Schedule. Design-Builder shall cooperate with Owner’s Separate Contractors and coordinate its activities with those of such contractors so that the Project can be completed in an orderly and coordinated manner without unreasonable disruption.
