Overtime On Designated Paid Holidays. (a) Overtime on a designated paid holiday shall mean authorized time worked which is in excess of the employee’s regularly scheduled hours of work on a designated paid holiday, or time worked on a scheduled day off, where such day off is a designated paid holiday.
