Common use of Overtime Meal and Transportation Allowances Clause in Contracts

Overtime Meal and Transportation Allowances. (a) An employee, if required to work overtime two (2) hours or more before or after scheduled hours, shall be given a meal allowance of $6.00 and up to $10.00 for transportation with a receipt. If an employee is required to work after midnight they shall be given an additional meal allowance of $6.00.
