Overtime Compensation Rate. Overtime compensation at the rate of one and one-half (1½) times the employee's regular hourly rate shall be paid for all hours worked; (a) In excess of forty (40) hours in any workweek. (b) In excess of employee’s regularly scheduled shift, as may apply in accord with Section 1 above, in any one workday; (c) On any Saturday or Sunday, or Holiday (with certain exceptions listed below in this Section) as defined by this agreement. (a) Between midnight (12:00 a.m.) and 6:00 a.m. on a weeknight or weekend. (b) On Easter Sunday, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day or New Year’s.
