Overtime Compensation Rate. Overtime compensation rates are paid based on a 7 day work week beginning on day one of mobilization. Compensation rates are paid at time and a half of the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 8 hours per day for the first 5 days and full time and one half for all hours worked during the remainder of the work week. Compensation includes travel time.
Overtime Compensation Rate. Except as otherwise noted in Section 8.2 above, all hours worked in excess of eight (8) hours in any one day or in excess of forty (40) hours in any work week shall be paid for at the overtime rate which shall be one and one-half (1.5) times the regular straight time hourly rate of pay.
