Overtime Category 17. Employees in classes assigned to pay grade 23 shall receive compensatory time off at straight-time rates for all hours worked in excess of eight (8) in any workday or forty (40) in a workweek or eighty (80) in a two (2) workweek period. Solely at management’s option, such comp time may be compensated at straight-time rates in cash.
