Overall Less Than Satisfactory Review Rating. If a region receives an overall less than satisfactory review rating or fails to implement a required corrective action plan in accordance with Paragraph 7.C.(5), above, the Director, NAIAO shall inform the Deputy Commissioner – Operations and recommend appropriate corrective measures.
