Common use of Outside Staff Clause in Contracts

Outside Staff. Forty (40) hours shall constitute a work week, Monday to Friday daily eight (8) hours will be worked between 8:00 a. m. to 4:00 p.m. with a twenty (20) minute paid lunch.

Outside Staff. Forty (40) hours shall constitute a work week, Monday to Friday daily eight (8) hours will be worked between 8:007:30 a. m. to 3:30 p.m. (April 1st to October 31st) and 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (November 1st to March 31st), with a twenty (20) minute paid lunch. a. m. to 4:00 p.m., with one-half (1/2) hour off for lunch. Employees working on the Company’s premises shall remain on the Company’s premises during their paid lunch period.
