Outdoor Growing Plants. We insure loss or damage caused directly to trees, shrubs, plants and lawns located outdoors which you exclusively own and which are located on the premises or common portions by one of the following insured perils: • Fire; • Lightning; • Explosion; • Impact with a vehicle or aircraft; • Riot; • Vandalism; • Theft or attempted theft (only if theft is mentioned as an insured peril on the “Coverage Summary Page”). We will pay a maximum amount of $250 per tree, shrub or plant. This amount includes expenses to remove from the premises debris from the damaged plants. However, the amount payable cannot be greater than 5% of the amount of insurance written on the “Coverage Summary Page” for “Coverage A – Dwelling and Improvements and Betterments”.

NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner reserve the right to reasonably establish minimum acceptable settings for any installed Power System Stabilizers, subject to the design and operating limitations of the Large Generating Facility. If the Large Generating Facility’s Power System Stabilizers are removed from service or not capable of automatic operation, the Developer shall immediately notify the Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO. The requirements of this paragraph shall not apply to wind generators.

  • Underground Facilities All underground pipelines, conduits, ducts, cables, wires, manholes, vaults, tanks, tunnels, or other such facilities or attachments, and any encasements containing such facilities, including without limitation those that convey electricity, gases, steam, liquid petroleum products, telephone or other communications, cable television, water, wastewater, storm water, other liquids or chemicals, or traffic or other control systems.

  • Communications Equipment Members of the board of directors or any committee thereof may participate in and act at any meeting of such board or committee through the use of a conference telephone or other communications equipment by means of which all persons participating in the meeting can hear each other, and participation in the meeting pursuant to this section shall constitute presence in person at the meeting.
