Common use of Other Terms and Conditions of Employment Clause in Contracts

Other Terms and Conditions of Employment. (A) The City Council may from time to time fix other terms and conditions of employment relating to the performance of Employee, provided such terms and conditions are not inconsistent with or in conflict with the provision of this Agreement, the Municipal Code, or other applicable law.

(Aa) The City Council may from time to time Mayor and Council, in consultation with the Town Manager, shall fix any such other terms and conditions of employment employment, as it may determine from time to time relating to the performance of Employee, provided such terms and conditions are not inconsistent with or in conflict with the provision provisions of this Agreementagreement, the Municipal CodeTown Charter, or any other applicable law.

The Council, in consultation with the City Council may from time to time Administrator, shall fix any such other terms and conditions of employment employment, as it may determine from time to time, relating to the performance of Employee, provided such terms and conditions are not inconsistent with or in conflict with the provision provisions of this Agreement, the Municipal City Code, or any other applicable law.

The City Council may from time to time Mayor and Borough Council, in consultation with the Employee, shall fix any other terms and conditions of employment as may be determined from time to time relating to the performance of the Employee, provided that such terms and conditions are not inconsistent with or in conflict with the provision provisions of this Agreement, the Municipal Code, Borough ordinances or other any applicable lawState statues.
