Other Summer Employment. Whenever the Board, upon the recommendation of the Superintendent, requires the services of a teacher during the summer recess (excluding Summer School teachers) and the teacher agrees to provide those services, the Board may choose to pay either 1/200th of the teacher’s annual salary for each day worked or provide equivalent time off, with the exception of secondary counselors who shall receive equivalent time off as mutually agreed to by the counselor and administrative officer.
