Other Programs and Services. CONTRACTOR shall provide other services and programs related to the Recycle Plus Program as requested by CITY at a price to be mutually agreed upon between CONTRACTOR and the Director. In the event CONTRACTOR and the Director cannot reach a mutually agreed upon price for the requested service or program within sixty (60) calendar days of CITY’s request, CITY shall have the right to procure the service of other vendors or contractors to provide the requested service.
