Common use of Other Payroll Deductions Clause in Contracts

Other Payroll Deductions. Upon written authorization from the teacher, the Board shall deduct from the salary of any teacher and make appropriate remittance for annuities, credit union, savings, bonds, or insurance. Those wishing to have payroll deductions shall notify the District Clerk prior to the first pay day of the current school year. Any teacher hired after the school year begins shall have five (5) weeks to make this same notification. The notification shall be with an approved written form.
