Common use of Other Pay Clause in Contracts

Other Pay. (a) The Company will provide a mid month advance to all Dependent Contractors. Double shifted units will be advanced three thousand dollars ($3,000.00). Single shifted units will be advanced one thousand five hundred dollars ($1,500.00). (b) Lease Operator Shop ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ will be compensated seventy-five dollars ($75.00) per month for the use of personal cell phone for Company/Union business.
