  • Compliance with Applicable Laws and Regulations (a) The Company shall not be required to issue or deliver any Shares pursuant to this Agreement pending compliance with all applicable federal and state securities and other laws (including any registration requirements or tax withholding requirements) and compliance with the rules and practices of any stock exchange upon which the Company’s Shares are listed.

The Contractor shall also comply with all applicable ordinances, regulations, and resolutions of the County and shall commit no trespass on any public or private property in the performance of any of the work embraced by this Contract.

  • Nondiscrimination - ADA Compliance Contractor agrees to comply with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, with Section V of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, and with all applicable requirements of federal and state civil rights and rehabilitation statutes, rules and regulations.   • COMPLIANCE WITH WORKERS' COMPENSATION ACT Contractor shall comply with the provisions of the Montana Workers' Compensation Act while performing work for the Department of Montana in accordance with 00-00-000, 00-00-000, and 00-00-000, MCA. Proof of compliance must be in the form of workers' compensation insurance, an independent contractor's exemption, or documentation of corporate officer status. Neither Contractor nor its employees are Department employees. This insurance/exemption must be valid for the entire contract term and any renewal. Upon expiration, a renewal document must be sent to the Department’s Contracts Management Bureau, X.X. Xxx 000000, Xxxxxx, XX 00000.

  • Compliance with all Applicable Laws and Regulations Grantee must comply with all applicable federal, state and local laws, rules, regulations, and ordinances in administering CRF under this Agreement. Grantee acknowledges that this requirement includes, but is not limited to, compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local health and safety rules and regulations. Grantee’s failure to comply with any part of this provision is material and must be grounds for termination of this Agreement for cause by Florida Housing.

  • Compliance with Texas Privacy Laws and Regulations In performing their respective obligations under the Agreement, the LEA and the Provider shall comply with all Texas laws and regulations pertaining to LEA data privacy and confidentiality, including but not limited to the Texas Education Code Chapter 32, and Texas Government Code Chapter 560.
