Other Continuing Obligations. The respective rights and obligations of Licensor and Licensee under the provisions of Paragraphs 2.1.2, 2.2, 4.3.1, 4.4 and Sections 5, 7, 8, 9, 11, 12, and 14 shall survive termination of this Agreement.
Other Continuing Obligations. The obligations contained in clauses 6.2, 6.5, 8.9(a), 8.11, 9.8, 11 and 12 are continuing obligations and continue after this Agreement ends.
Other Continuing Obligations. The respective rights and obligations of Netscape and Intraware under the provisions of Sections 2.1.3, 2.2, 3.4, 4.4, 7, 8, 9.1, 9.2, 9.3, 9.4, 10, 11, 13.2, 13.3, 13.4 and 15 shall survive any termination of this Agreement.
Other Continuing Obligations. 8. Unless the Executive has prior written authorization from the Company, the Executive may not discuss any information about the Company or any of its parents, subsidiaries or affiliates, or its or their present or former officers, directors, employees, agents or clients or any aspects of his tenure as an employee of the Company or of the termination of his relationship with the Company, with any reporter, author, producer, or similar person or entity, or take any other action seeking to publicize or disclose any such information in any way likely to result in such information being made available to the general public in any form, including books, articles, electronic communications or writings of any kind, as well as film, videotape, audiotape or any other medium.
Other Continuing Obligations. 9. Unless the Executive has prior written authorization from the Company, he may not discuss any information (whether or not Confidential Information and Materials) about the Company or any of its or their present or former employees, agents or clients or any aspects of his tenure as an employee of the Company or of the termination of his relationship with the Company, with any reporter, author, producer, or similar person or entity, or take any other action seeking to publicize or disclose any such information in any way likely to result in such information being made available to the general public in any form, including books, articles, electronic communications or writings of any kind, as well as film, videotape, audiotape or any other medium. Nothing in this Agreement would prevent the Executive from disclosing information relating personally to his duties, position and work history of the sort that would be contained on a personal resume.
Other Continuing Obligations. In addition to the payments under Section 4.1 of this Agreement, the obligations of the Company to Xx. Xxxxxxx after the Retirement Date arising under the Contracts and described below shall continue, as modified below:
Other Continuing Obligations. Upon the expiration or earlier termination of this Agreement, any provisions hereof that expressly or otherwise by their intent are intended to survive beyond such expiration or earlier termination, including without limitation those provisions hereof relating to trademark and name usage limitations, non-liability of Disneyland to Personnel, confidentiality, and indemnification and insurance (in Paragraphs 4, 5, 6, and 8, respectively), shall survive.
Other Continuing Obligations. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement to the contrary, you will continue to be bound by and subject to the provisions of the Corporation’s Standards of Business Conduct, Standard Confidentiality Agreement and the Corporation’s Policy for Recovery of Incentive Compensation.
Other Continuing Obligations. In addition to the foregoing, all other respective rights and obligations of AT&T and iMALL which by their nature survive termination of this Agreement (including without limitation under the provisions of Sections 3.4, 4.13, 7, 10.1, 11, 12, 13, 14 and 16) shall survive termination of this Agreement. 15.7.3
Other Continuing Obligations. In addition to the foregoing, all ---------------------------- other respective rights and obligations of AT&T and UIT which by their nature survive termination of this Agreement (including without UIT-PPO-RJS-June 17, 1999 limitation under the provisions of Sections 3.3, 4.7, 6, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12 and 14) shall survive termination of this Agreement.
