OTHER CLOTHING. The Company agrees to provide certain other clothing. In summer - three polo shirts with Company logo and two pairs drill shorts In winter - two long sleeve drill shirts - one sloppy xxx - two pairs long trousers This clothing shall be supplied and replaced annually. In addition, one bomber jacket shall be supplied and replaced every two years. When wearing all other clothing, due consideration must be given to safety issues.

  • Other Clients Seller acknowledges that the Broker may or may not have other clients with similar property characteristics as the Seller. Broker shall not favor any client’s property over the Seller’s Property for any reason.

  • Protective Clothing and Equipment 20.1 In accordance with the Health and Safety in Employment Act and associated Regulations, the Employer shall ensure that employees are provided with any protective equipment required to ensure the safety of employees while at work. The maintenance and replacement of this equipment is the responsibility of the Employer.

Nylon jackets and those with metal zips shall not be acceptable. • Any other safety equipment deemed necessary for the safe conduct of work.

  • Other Contractors District reserves the right to enter into other agreements for work additional or related to the subject matter of this Contract, and Contractor agrees to cooperate fully with these other contractors and with the District. When requested by District, Contractor shall coordinate its performance under this Contract with such additional or related work. Contractor shall not interfere with the work performance of any other contractor or District employees.

  • Other Cooperation The Concessioner shall provide the Director and the New Concessioner with such other cooperation as reasonably may be requested.
