Other Breaks. Employees shall be allowed a paid fifteen (15) minute break once during the first half of the workday and once during the second half.
Other Breaks. During periods of emergency or unscheduled overtime work, employees will be allowed a fifteen (15) minute paid break approximately every three hours, if no meal break is scheduled.
Other Breaks. Where an employee is required to work in excess of nine hours on any day, the employee will be entitled to an additional rest period at a time to be mutually agreed upon by the employer and the employee. A maximum of two additional rest periods can be taken on any one day. Employees may, by majority agreement, elect to work through the additional break where the working day will be less than 10 hours in total
