Original Records. Austin, on behalf of Rollingwood, shall create and maintain files and records regarding permits, investigations and enforcement activities undertaken under this Agreement. All original records shall belong to Austin. Rollingwood shall be entitled to make and retain such copies as may be necessary to document its work.
