Original Records. Austin, on behalf of Rollingwood, shall create and maintain files and records regarding permits, investigations and enforcement activities undertaken under this Agreement. All original records shall belong to Austin. Rollingwood shall be entitled to make and retain such copies as may be necessary to document its work.
Original Records. Supplier shall not transfer, deliver or otherwise provide to any third parties original records or other documents required to be maintained pursuant to this Agreement without prior written consent of Buyer.
Original Records. As promptly as possible after the Closing, Purchaser may obtain originals of all the Records and remove the same.
