OPTIONAL SUBDIVISION AMENITIES. 14.09 The Developer, at its option, may construct or install Optional Subdivision Amenities in reserve parcels, streets, avenues rights-of-way located within the Development Area, at the locations, to the specifications and subject to any conditions approved by the Approving Authority.
