RELEASE OF BUILDING PERMITS Clause Samples
The 'Release of Building Permits' clause establishes the conditions under which building permits may be issued for a construction project. Typically, this clause outlines prerequisites such as obtaining necessary approvals, submitting required documentation, or meeting certain milestones before permits are granted. For example, it may require that all zoning and environmental clearances are secured prior to permit release. The core function of this clause is to ensure that construction only proceeds when all legal and regulatory requirements have been satisfied, thereby reducing the risk of project delays or legal complications.
