Optional Shorts. Upon employee request and supervisor approval, the Town will furnish up to (2) pairs of shorts per year. Employees are permitted to wear shorts only when shorts do not pose a safety hazard. The supervisor has the authority to determine when shorts are acceptable.

  • Class Size The School shall be in compliance with Florida Constitutional Class Size Requirements, as applicable to charter schools.

  • Class Sizes In the annual assignment of duties, the designated supervisor shall consult with the department in determining appropriate class sizes for individual courses.   • TRENCH SHORING If this Contract is in excess of $25,000 and is for the excavation of any trench deeper than five (5) feet, Contractor must submit and obtain District’s approval and acceptance, in advance of excavation, of a detailed plan showing the design of shoring, bracing, sloping, or other provisions to be made for worker protection from the hazard of caving ground during the excavation of such trench or trenches. If the plan varies from the shoring system standards, the plan shall be prepared by a registered civil or structural engineer.
