Common use of Optional Leave Clause in Contracts

Optional Leave. On the recommendation of the Superintendent, absence in excess of that referred to in Sections (F) through (J) may be reviewed by the Board for special consideration, but there shall be no deviation from these rules except by vote of the Board.

Optional Leave. On the recommendation of the Superintendent, absence in excess of that referred to in Sections (F) "B" through (J) "I" may be reviewed by the Board for special consideration, but there shall be no deviation from these rules except by vote of the Board.

Optional Leave. On the recommendation of the Superintendent, absence in excess of that referred to in Sections (FE) through (J) above may be reviewed by the Board for special consideration, but there shall be no deviation from these rules except by vote of the Board.
