Option 1 (Supplier Category Lead), or. The Supplier shall provide the Services on the basis that it shall provide for all the Customer’s requirements for Temporary Agency Workers in a [named category or categories] and no other(s). With the exception of the Services provided for and described in the preceding condition hereof the Supplier shall expose all Customer’s requirements for the Services to the wider network of Agencies within its management and control. For the avoidance of doubt any associate or subsidiary company of the Supplier shall be subject to the same restriction as the Supplier referred to in Condition 4.4.1 and shall not therefore be permitted to provide the Services beyond the scope of the category or categories referred to therein. All quotations requested from Agencies (save as may be provided for otherwise in this Condition) shall be treated equally and without discrimination by the Supplier.

  • EMPLOYEE CATEGORIES All employees fall into one or the other of four principal categories as outlined below.
