Common use of Operational Procedures Clause in Contracts

Operational Procedures. The Master Teacher Committee shall determine the time, location and number of its meetings. The committee members shall jointly establish its Plan of Operation for the appropriate designation of a Master Teacher including, but not limited to, the application and review processes, the dissemination of general information to Association members, and the appeal procedure, in keeping with information promulgated by the Ohio Department of Education. Decisions shall be made by majority vote of the committee members present and voting. No decision of the Master Teacher Committee is subject to the grievance procedure set forth in Article II.
