Common use of Operational Guidelines Clause in Contracts

Operational Guidelines. Maxim shall develop a set of written guidelines ("Operational Guidelines") for the Facilities. The Operational Guidelines shall include information necessary for the operation of the Facilities, including, but not limited to, operation and maintenance of the golf course, the maintenance facility, the clubhouse, the pro shops and other operations of the Facilities, the hours of operation and other policies relating to the operation of the Facilities. Upon development of the Operational Guidelines, same shall be submitted to Owner for approval and shall become effective only upon approval by Owner, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed.
