Common use of OPERATED WELLS Clause in Contracts

OPERATED WELLS. The designated OPERATOR hereunder shall operate all wells xxxxxed pursuant to the NON-CONSENT provision of this Agreemexx. However, notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, if the NON-CONSENT WELL is drilled from a mobile drilling rig and if the designated OPERATOR is a NON-PARTICIPATING PARTY therein, the PARTICIPATING PARTY owning the largest PARTICIPATING INTEREST shall serve as Operator for the drilling and completion of such well, unless the PARTICIPATING PARTIES agree otherwise. Upon completion of any such well as a productive well (completion through the wellhead), the well shall be turned over to the designated OPERATOR for further operations.
