Common use of Ontario Health Insurance Clause in Contracts

Ontario Health Insurance. B.5.2.1 If a hospital insurance plan requiring premiums is reintroduced, the Board will pay 100% of the premium cost of the plan for all employees unless otherwise specified in the Agreement.
