Address/Phone Number Change. A.7.6.1 It shall be the duty of the employee to notify the Board, specifically Employee Services, in writing within seven (7) days of any change of address or telephone number. If an employee should fail to do this, the Board will not be responsible for failure of a notice to reach such employee, and any notice sent by the Board by registered mail to the address of the employee which appears on the Board’s records shall be conclusively deemed to have been received by the employee.
