ONTARIO COLLEGE OF TEACHERS. L28.1 The parties recognize the obligation of Teachers to comply with the Education Act, R.S.O. 1990, as amended Section 262. (1) and with the Ontario College of Teachers Act, S.O. 1996, as amended, Section 6. (2) (a) & (b), Section 18. (1) and Section 24. (1). If the Ontario College of Teachers has advised the Board that the Teacher is not in good standing it is the obligation of the Teacher to provide documentary evidence of membership in good standing.
