Online Wire Transfer. You may submit wire transfer requests (“Requests”) to us in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Online Wire Transfer Service. A Request includes a “payment order,” as defined in Division 11 of the California Commercial Code. You are responsible for all Requests to the fullest extent provided by law and as set forth in this Service Description. The Bank may choose the funds transfer mechanism (for example, Fedwire, correspondent bank transfer, internal transfer) to be used when acting upon your Request. Defined terms in this Service Description shall have the meaning provided in this Agreement, unless otherwise defined in this Service Description.
