Payments by Wire-Transfer. All payments under this Single Family Shared-Loss Agreement shall be made by wire-transfer in accordance with the wire-transfer instructions on Exhibit 4.
Payments by Wire-Transfer. All payments to be made pursuant to this Section 3.11 to Persons other than Noteholders shall be made through a wire transfer of funds to the applicable Person. All payments to Noteholders shall be governed by Section 2.05.
