On-Line Ordering. 5.1 The Customer acknowledges and agrees that: (a) Olectric does not guarantee the website’s performance; (b) display on the website does not guarantee the availability of any particular Goods; therefore, all orders placed through the website shall be subject to confirmation of acceptance by Olectric; (c) on-line ordering may be unavailable from time to time for regularly scheduled maintenance and/or upgrades; (d) there are inherent hazards in electronic distribution, and as such Olectric cannot warrant against delays or errors in transmitting data between the Customer and Olectric including orders, and you agree that to the maximum extent permitted by law, Olectric will not be liable for any losses which the Customer suffers as a result of online-ordering not being available or for delays or errors in transmitting orders; (e) when making a transaction through the website, the Customer’s information will pass through a secure server using SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption technology or any other similar technology as disclosed by Olectric and/or displayed on the website. The encryption process ensures that the Customer’s information cannot be read by or altered by outside influences; (f) if the Customer is not the cardholder for any credit card being used to pay for the Goods, Olectric shall be entitled to reasonably assume that the Customer has received permission from the cardholder for use of the credit card for the transaction. 5.2 Olectric reserves the right to terminate the Customer’s order if it learns that you have provided false or misleading information, interfered with other users or the administration of Olectric’s business, or violated these terms and conditions.
On-Line Ordering. NAI or its designee shall design, develop and establish an Internet based ordering system which will permit NAI to receive, process and fulfill orders from the Company, its distributors and customers via the world wide web. The Company shall design, develop and establish an Internet based order placing software that will interface with NAI's Internet based order processing system and allow the Company, its distributors and customers to place orders to NAI via the world wide web. The Company and NAI shall meet, confer and agree upon the structure and operation of the on-line ordering system.
On-Line Ordering. Job requests can be transmitted electronically via the Contractor’s website. • Each requestor is assigned their own logon and password. • Assign a tracking number to electronic submittal allowing the requestor to track the status on their own order. • Job requests can be electronically submitted, but not limited to, the following formats: TIFF, JPEG, Word Doc, and PDF. • The completed electronic form shows a pictorial color view of the job being submitted. • Before electronic submittal, form shows cost of job. • The internet site must be a “https” secure connection. • Ability to recall, change and re-enter any old jobs that were previously run for submittal. • Jobs submitted by 5:00PM on a business day must be delivered the following business day. • Upon completion of job, the Contractor will mark the individual job charges on the return copy of the electronic request, and will enclose that copy with the completed job, either shrink-wrapped, boxed, or in a confidential envelope. • The Contractor must include in their duplicating process aquality control” procedure to eliminate re-work due to poor quality or work being incorrect. • Requestors will pick up their completed jobs at each College designated area. • For large jobs delivery may be requested to individual office locations on campus. • Training must be provided to all requestors at all Campuses and locations defined in this agreement.
On-Line Ordering. Unless we permit your Restaurant to opt- out, you must participate in an on- line ordering program, whereby your customers are able to place orders from your Restaurant through the internet. You agree to pay any then -current fees to our approved supplier for participation in the on-line ordering program, and to comply with all rules and procedures applicable to such program.

On-Line Ordering. Contractor will use a catering ordering and system management application (CaterTrax) to provide a quick on-line ordering services, sample menus, event planning guidelines, and policies for booking requests. Once a customer places an order, the program should immediately send a confirmation to the customer.

  • Generating Facility The Interconnection Customer’s device for the production of electricity identified in the Interconnection Request, but shall not include the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities.

  • Access to Facility 13.1 Each Party shall ensure that its facilities are secured at all times. 13.2 The Customer shall permit and, if the land on which the Facility is located is not owned by Customer, cause such landowner to permit, the Distributor's employees and agents to enter the property on which the Facility is located at any reasonable time. Such access shall be provided for the purposes of inspecting and/or testing the Facility as and when permitted by this Agreement, the Code or the Distributor’s Conditions of Service or as required to ensure the continued safe and satisfactory operation of the Facility, to ensure the accuracy of the Distributor's meters, to establish work protection, or to perform work. 13.3 Any inspecting and/or testing referred to in section 13.2 shall not relieve the Customer from its obligation to operate and maintain the Facility and any related equipment in a safe and satisfactory operating condition and in accordance with this Agreement. 13.4 The Distributor shall have the right to witness any testing done by the Customer of the Facility and, to that end, the Customer shall provide the Distributor with at least fifteen working days advance notice of the testing. 13.5 Notwithstanding section 10.1, where the Distributor causes damage to the Customer's property as part of this access, the Distributor shall pay to the Customer the Customer's reasonable costs of repairing such property or, if such property cannot be repaired, replacing such property. 13.6 Notwithstanding section 10.1, if the Customer has been given access to the Distributor’s property, and if the Customer causes damage to the Distributor’s property as part of that access, the Customer shall pay to the Distributor the Distributor’s reasonable costs of repairing such property or, if such property cannot be repaired, replacing such property.

  • System Upgrade Facilities and System Deliverability Upgrades Connecting Transmission Owner shall design, procure, construct, install, and own the System Upgrade Facilities and System Deliverability Upgrades described in Appendix A hereto. The responsibility of the Developer for costs related to System Upgrade Facilities and System Deliverability Upgrades shall be determined in accordance with the provisions of Attachment S to the ISO OATT.

  • System Protection Facilities Developer shall, at its expense, install, operate and maintain System Protection Facilities as a part of the Large Generating Facility or Developer’s Attachment Facilities. Connecting Transmission Owner shall install at Developer’s expense any System Protection Facilities that may be required on the Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities or the New York State Transmission System as a result of the interconnection of the Large Generating Facility and Developer’s Attachment Facilities.

  • Interconnection Facilities 4.1.1 The Interconnection Customer shall pay for the cost of the Interconnection Facilities itemized in Attachment 2 of this Agreement. The NYISO, in consultation with the Connecting Transmission Owner, shall provide a best estimate cost, including overheads, for the purchase and construction of its Interconnection Facilities and provide a detailed itemization of such costs. Costs associated with Interconnection Facilities may be shared with other entities that may benefit from such facilities by agreement of the Interconnection Customer, such other entities, the NYISO, and the Connecting Transmission Owner. 4.1.2 The Interconnection Customer shall be responsible for its share of all reasonable expenses, including overheads, associated with (1) owning, operating, maintaining, repairing, and replacing its own Interconnection Facilities, and
