Official Investigations to the Seller’s knowledge, no governmental or official investigation or inquiry concerning the Seller is in progress or threatened and, so far as the Seller is aware, there are no circumstances which are likely to give rise to any such investigation or inquiry.
Official Investigations. No governmental or official investigation or inquiry concerning the Vendor or the Business is in progress or threatened.
Official Investigations. The Company has not received any written notice that any governmental or official investigation or inquiry concerning the Company is in progress or that there are any circumstances which are likely to give rise to any such investigation or inquiry.
Official Investigations. The Group has not been notified of any governmental or official investigation or inquiry concerning the Group which is in progress or threatened.
Official Investigations. The Eqalis Group is not the subject of any official investigation.
Official Investigations. The CBD Group is not the subject of any official investigation or inquiry and CBD is not aware of any facts which are likely to give rise to any investigation or inquiry.
Official Investigations. So far as the Sellers are aware no governmental or official investigation or inquiry concerning ADI is in progress or threatened.
Official Investigations. 11.1. To the best of the Vendors’ knowledge, information and belief, the Company is not subject to any official investigation or inquiry and the Vendors are not aware of any facts which are likely to give rise to any investigation or inquiry.
Official Investigations. 10.3.1 So far as the Seller is aware, no governmental or official investigation or inquiry concerning any Group Company, including any investigation under Article 43 of Legislative Decree No. 177/2005 or any other investigation or inquiry by the EXECUTION VERSION Italian Communications Authority or the Ministry of Economic Development (but for the avoidance of doubt excluding any investigation or inquiry under any Applicable Law relating to antitrust, including mergers, anti-competitive agreements, practices or behaviour or any similar matter) is in progress or so far as the Seller is aware, threatened.
Official Investigations. To the Company’s and the Sanmina Parties’ Knowledge, there is no Proceeding by any Governmental Authority against or concerning the Sanmina Parties and/or the Company Group and/or any controlled Affiliates of the Sanmina Parties who hold Securities in the Company Group that is pending or threatened (in writing) relating to a violation of Anti-Corruption Laws, Anti-Money Laundering Laws, or Sanctions by the Sanmina Parties, the Company Group, or any of their respective Relevant Persons.
