Office Front. Tenant shall not, without Xxxxxxxx's prior written consent: (a) make any changes to or paint the office front of the Leased Premises; or (b) install any exterior lighting, decorations or paintings; or (c) erect or install any signs, banners, window or door lettering, placards, decorations or advertising media of any type which can be viewed from the exterior of the Leased Premises. All signs, decorations and advertising media shall conform in all respects to Landlord's sign criteria. All signs shall be kept in good condition and in proper operating order at all times. Landlord reserves the right to designate a uniform type of sign for the CR Project Parcel to be installed and paid for by Tenant, which may be paid from the Allowance unless exhausted. On or before the date that is twelve (12) months after the Commencement Date, Tenant shall install and make fully operational all of its signs, which must be in accordance with Landlord's sign criteria and Applicable Laws.

  • Office Location During the Term, the Executive's services hereunder shall be performed at the offices of the Company, which shall be within a twenty five (25) mile radius of New York, NY, subject to necessary travel requirements to the Company’s offices in Toronto, Canada and other MDC Group company locations in order to carry out his duties in connection with his position hereunder.

  • Office Space Each employee shall be provided with office space which may be on a shared basis. The parties recognize the desirability of providing each employee with enclosed office space with a door lock, office equipment commensurate with assigned responsibilities, and ready access to a telephone. Each employee shall, consistent with building security, have reasonable access to the employee's office space and laboratories, studios, music rooms, and the like used in connection with assigned responsibilities; this provision may require that campus security provide access on an individual basis. Before an employee's office location is changed, or before there is a substantial alteration to an employee's office to a degree that impedes the employee's work effectiveness, the affected employee shall be notified, if practicable, at least one (1) month prior to such change.

  • The Front end Fee payable by the Borrower shall be equal to one quarter of one percent (0.25%) of the Loan amount.

Additionally, the Assuming Bank agrees to pay such bills and invoices on behalf of the Receiver and Corporation as the Receiver or Corporation may direct for the period beginning on the date of Bank Closing and ending on Settlement Date. Assuming Bank shall submit it requests for reimbursement of such expenditures pursuant to Article VIII of this Agreement.
