Offeror Certifications and Acknowledgement. Offeror is required to fully complete and sign the attached Acknowledgment and Certification form. It must show full firm name and mailing address of Offeror and be manually signed by an authorized sales or quotation representative of the Company. Submission of a signed Acknowledgment and Certification form will be interpreted to mean that the Company hereby agrees to all terms and conditions set forth in all of the sheets which make up this RFP and to execute the sample contract attached herein. In addition, Offeror, by signing the attached Acknowledgment and Certification form, makes the following certifications under penalty of perjury and possible contract termination if any of these certifications are found Acknowledgment to be false.

  • AUTHORIZATION AND ACKNOWLEDGEMENT I authorize Xxxxx Management to obtain reports from any consumer or criminal record reporting agencies before, during, and after tenancy on matters relating to my Application and Lease with Xxxxx Management and to verify, by all available means, the information in this Application, including criminal background information, income and housing history, and other information reported by any state or federal agency (ex: Social Security Administration). I understand that this authorization cannot be used to obtain any information about me that is not pertinent to my eligibility and continued participation as a qualified applicant or resident.

  • Dissemination of Research Findings and Acknowledgement of Controlled-Access Datasets Subject to the NIH GDS Policy It is NIH’s intent to promote the dissemination of research findings from use of controlled-access dataset(s) subject to the NIH GDS Policy as widely as possible through scientific publication or other appropriate public dissemination mechanisms. Approved Users are strongly encouraged to publish their results in peer-reviewed journals and to present research findings at scientific meetings.

  • Representations and Certifications The CNA shall assist the AbilityOne participating NPAs in the information gathering and filing of the NPAs’ Annual Representations and Certifications (AR&C) in accordance with 41 CFR §§ 51-3.2 and 3.6.

With respect to audits and inspections, the parties shall discuss in good faith and agree on the scope, timing and details of the audits and inspections. To the extent that Data Processor’s obligations in this section involve more than 8 hours/man of work, Customer shall bear the costs and expenses of complying with this clause.
