Off-Site Storage. With prior approval by the Owner and in the event Contractor elects to store materials at an off-site location, abide by the following conditions, unless otherwise agreed to in writing by the Owner. 10.5.1 Store materials in a Bonded Commercial Warehouse. 10.5.2 Provide separate Insurance Coverage adequate not only to cover materials while in storage, but also in transit from the off-site storage areas to the Project Site.
