Coverage Types and Policy Limits The types of coverage and policy limits required from the Contractor are specified in Paragraph B Insurance Requirements below.
Support Coverage We do not provide Production or Development Support for Software that (a) you (or a third party) have modified or recompiled, (b) is running on hardware or hypervisor that is not Supported Hardware or (c) is running in an unsupported Use Case as described in an Exhibit. You are responsible for testing the Software before deploying it in your environment. You should also backup your systems on a regular basis and have those backups available if needed for support purposes.
Proof of Compliance with Workers’ Compensation Coverage Requirements An XXXXX form is NOT acceptable proof of workers’ compensation coverage. No Expectation of Privacy The Student and parent/guardian signing below agree that if the Student uses the Internet through the District’s access, that the Student waives any right to privacy the Student may have for such use. The Student and the parent/guardian agree that the district may monitor the Student’s use of the District’s Internet Access and may also examine all system activities the Student participates in, including but not limited to e-mail, voice, and video transmissions, to ensure proper use of the system. The District may share such transmissions with the Student’s parents/guardians.
Same Sex Benefit Coverage An employee who co-habits with a person of the same sex, and who promotes such person as a "spouse" (partner), and who has done so for a period of not less than twelve (12) months, will be eligible to have the person covered as a spouse for purposes of Medical, Extended Health, and Dental benefits.

Indemnification (Breach of Warranty of Security) The Contractor agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Department, Customer, the State of Florida, its officers, directors and employees for any claims, suits or proceedings related to a breach of the Warranty of Security. The Contractor will include credit monitoring services at its own cost for those individuals affected or potentially affected by a breach of this warranty for a two year period of time following the breach.
