Common use of OBSERVATION SCHEDULE Clause in Contracts

OBSERVATION SCHEDULE. a. First Year EMPLOYEES shall receive a minimum of one Formal Observation in each semester. First Year, Category I, and Category II EMPLOYEES shall receive a minimum of one Informal Observation in each semester. Category III EMPLOYEES shall receive a minimum of one observation in each semester. Deviations to this provision may occur only as requested by the EMPLOYEE in writing (email acceptable). (EXCEPTION: First Year EMPLOYEES with a late start date as defined in Section 5.104 are excluded from the requirements of Section 5.11 a.)
