Observation of Conditions. The Promoter hereby agrees to observe, perform and comply with all the terms, conditions, stipulations and restrictions if any, which may have been imposed by the concerned development controlling authority at the time sanctioning the plans or thereafter and shall, before handling over possession of the said Apartment to the Allottee, obtain from the concerned development controlling authority occupation and/or completion certificate in respect of the said Apartment. In addition to the aforesaid, the Allottee shall also observe all development controlling rules and other conditions applicable to the building in which the said Apartment is situated.
Observation of Conditions. When the Company and a Union XXX Xxxxxxx mutually agree, a Union XXX Xxxxxxx will be allowed to observe the conditions giving rise to a problem in the presence of Management Representatives where such observations are essential to the evaluation of a problem. No reasonable requests will be refused.
Observation of Conditions. In consideration of being permitted to enter any restricted area (herein defined as including but not limited to the racing surface, pit areas, infield, vehicle dynamics area, paddock area, garages and all walkways and other areas appurtenant thereto), or being permitted to make use of the PMC facilities, Member, for Member, Members invitees and Members personal representatives, heirs and next of kin, acknowledges, agrees and represents that Member will, immediately upon entering any restricted area, and continuously thereafter, inspect such restricted area or areas, and Member’s continuing use of the facilities constitutes an acknowledgment that Member has inspected such restricted area or areas and accepts the same as being safe and reasonably suited for the purpose of Member’s use, and Member further agrees that if at any time Member believes the restricted areas or any other part of the facilities to be unsafe, Member will immediately leave the facility and advise an appropriate representative of Member’s observations.
Observation of Conditions. In consideration of being permitted to enter any of the Facilities, Member, for Member, Member’s invitees and Member’s personal representatives, heirs and next of kin, acknowledges, agrees and represents that Member will, immediately upon entering any of the Facilities, and continuously thereafter, inspect such area or areas, and Member’s continuing use of the Facilities constitutes an acknowledgement that Member has inspected such area or areas and accepts the same as being safe and reasonably suited for the purpose of Member’s use, and Member further agrees that if at any time Member believes the Facilities or any other part of the Facilities to be unsafe, Member will immediately leave the facility and advise an appropriate representative of MSCC of Member’s observations.
