Obligations of the Major Stockholders. It shall be a condition precedent to the obligations of ADS to take any action pursuant to this Agreement that the selling Major Stockholders shall furnish to ADS such information regarding themselves, the ADS Common Stock held by them, and the intended method of disposition of such securities as ADS shall reasonably request and as shall be required in connection with the action to be taken by ADS; provided, however, that under no circumstances will any Major Stockholder be obligated to make representations or provide indemnities except with respect to information reasonably required with respect to itself, the securities proposed to be sold by it and the intended method of disposition of such securities by such holder, or such other representations as required by law.
