Common use of OBLIGATIONS OF AFFILIATE Clause in Contracts

OBLIGATIONS OF AFFILIATE. (a) Affiliate shall, at its own cost and expense, receive the Subscribed Channels from designated satellites and retransmit the Subscribed Channels to the Subscribers through its Permitted Digital Distribution Platform (either directly or through authorized Cable Operators) to the Subscribers in the Territory.

OBLIGATIONS OF AFFILIATE. (a) Affiliate shall, at its own cost and expense, receive the Subscribed Channels from designated satellites and retransmit the Subscribed Channels to the Subscribers through its Permitted Digital Distribution Platform (either directly or through authorized Cable Operators) to the Subscribers in the TerritoryAuthorized Area of Transmission.
