Obligations and duties of the Parties. The Parties entering this Partnership Agreement shall respect and execute all the obligations and duties to which are entitled as provided and established by the present Agreement and its annexes to the best of their knowledge and ability and taking into account the criteria and standards applicable to their field of Activity. For the performance of the Project, the Parties shall select and appoint personnel with appropriate qualifications. [____name_____] shall be appointed as Project Leader. The Parties shall ensure that the Project Leader and the other appointed personnel comply with the obligations imposed on the Parties and their employees in this Agreement. The Parties shall respect the duty of submit interim and final reports as provided at article 4.4 of the present Agreement.
