Obligation to reimburse cost. The RIRs shall reimburse the Operator for the cost of performing the IANA Numbering Services, including costs relating to staff, equipment and other matters incurred in the performance of the IANA Numbering Services. Parties acknowledge that the RIRs intend to continue the contribution to ICANN contemplated by the exchange of letters between ICANN and the NRO in 2007 and 2009 but reduce it by this reimbursement amount.

Obligation to reimburse cost. The RIRs shall reimburse the Operator for the direct cost of the work, namely the costs necessarily and reasonably incurred in the performance of the work, and actually paid, by the Operator.
