The Secure Systems Notification clause requires parties to promptly inform each other of any actual or suspected breaches, vulnerabilities, or incidents affecting the security of their information systems. Secure Systems Notification. The Operator shall implement and thereafter operate and maintain a secure notification system at a minimum, capable of notifying all relevant stakeholders of the discrete IANA Numbering Services, of such events as outages, planned maintenance, and new developments. In all cases, the Operator shall notify the RIRs of any outages.
