Secure Systems Notification Sample Clauses

The Secure Systems Notification clause requires parties to promptly inform each other of any actual or suspected breaches, vulnerabilities, or incidents affecting the security of their information systems. In practice, this means that if one party detects unauthorized access, malware, or other security threats that could impact shared data or operations, they must notify the other party within a specified timeframe and provide relevant details. This clause ensures that both parties can respond quickly to security threats, minimizing potential damage and maintaining the integrity and confidentiality of sensitive information.
